Our story

A rice business that started in the field

DSK International began with rice grown on family land in northern India. The work was seasonal and local: sow, harvest, sell to the nearest mill.

Buyers abroad asked for consistency our supply chain could not promise, so we built the missing pieces ourselves. Our own mill, our own quality lab, our own packing hall, and long agreements with neighbouring growers who farm to the same brief.

Today we export more than eight varieties of Indian rice to importers, distributors and food service groups. The structure is deliberately simple: we grow it, we mill it, we ship it, and we answer for it.

Vision

Indian rice recognised abroad for reliability, not just aroma

We want a DSK consignment to be the one a buyer stops inspecting nervously, because ten shipments have already arrived exactly as specified.

Mission

Keep control of every stage that affects the grain

Cultivate on our own farms, mill in our own facility, test in our own lab, and pack to each market's requirements, so quality is a process rather than a promise.

Core values

What we hold to, season after season

01

Consistency

The tenth container should look and cook like the first. Everything we do supports that.

02

Traceability

Every lot links back to a field, a mill run and a lab result.

03

Respect for the land

Water, soil and rotation decisions are made for the next decade, not the next harvest.

04

Direct relationships

We deal with buyers and growers ourselves, without layers of intermediaries.

05

Plain dealing

Realistic lead times, honest grades and no surprises in the documentation.

06

Long partnerships

Most of our volume goes to buyers who have ordered from us repeatedly.
